"Shijet e Dukagjinit" - Taste of Dukagjini

"Shijet e Dukagjinit" is the first book of it's kind for Kosovë. For such a young country like Kosovë, who's identity and validity is still a mystery to half the world, an accounting of food anthropology such as this book contribute to that validity. 

"Shijet e Dukagjinit" brings a summary of authentic accounts of the inhabitants of the region of Dukagjini, about the food tradition of their families and their surroundings. 

This project and publication was supported by CHWB Kosova with funding from the Swedish Government. It is written in the Albanian language.
